Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
EveryTee (everytee.ca) is operated in British Columbia, Canada. We collect as little as we can get away with, and this page describes all of it in plain language. For anything privacy-related, contact hello [at] everytee [dot] ca.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign up we collect your email address and a password. The password is stored hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase) — we never see it in plain text. Session cookies keep you signed in; they are used for authentication only.
- Booking clicks. When you click through to book a tee time, we log which course, which tee time, when you clicked, the page on our site you came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not log your IP address, we do not tie the click to your account, and no tracking cookie is set.
- Analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see page-level usage. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
- Server logs. Routine operational logs used to keep the service healthy.
How we use it
To run the service, sign you in, understand aggregate usage, and report aggregate click-through counts to golf courses for referral purposes. We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.
Who processes it
Three providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Cloudflare (DNS and network). When you book a tee time, booking happens on the golf course’s own website under that course’s privacy policy — we never receive your payment details.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and the BC Personal Information Protection Act) you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information — including deleting your account entirely. Email hello [at] everytee [dot] ca and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out on the site.
