What EveryTee is

EveryTee aggregates tee-time availability from the booking systems of golf courses in the Okanagan Valley, so you can search and compare times and prices in one place. It is a search tool, not a booking agent.

Booking happens on the course’s site

When you click a tee time, we hand you to the golf course’s own booking website. Your booking — including payment, confirmation, and cancellation — is entirely between you and the course. EveryTee never takes payment and never holds a reservation.

Accuracy

Times and prices come from the courses’ booking providers and change constantly. A time shown here can be booked by someone else, repriced, or withdrawn at any moment. Everything is presented in good faith and nothing is guaranteed — always confirm the details on the course’s own site before relying on them.

No affiliation

EveryTee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any golf course or booking provider listed. Course names are used only to identify the courses.

Your account

Sign up with an email address you control and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service.

Acceptable use

EveryTee is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, harvest, bulk download, or republish the aggregated tee-time data, and you may not interfere with the operation of the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryTee is not liable for indirect losses — including a tee time that was gone by the time you clicked, a price that differed on the course’s site, or anything that happens in your dealings with a course.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello [at] everytee [dot] ca.
